Online: You can select PICKUP, CURBSIDE PICKUP or DELIVERY (delivery subject to radius restrictions; to get credit, make sure the store offers delivery to your location). Orders must be placed online via the Blaze Pizza App or blazepizza. com Enter code Fund 1 into the 'Promo/Coupon Code' field at checkout to have your transaction count toward the fundraiser. If entered correctly, you'll see a $.01 discount applied to your check which confirms that 30% of your transaction will be counted into the total donation.
