A man, from Grass Valley, Calif., drove all the way to the Western Riverside County/City Animal Shelter early Monday morning to reunite with his dog, Kimber. The dog had been missing for four years, and this was a very emotional moment for the owner. She is an 8-year-old German shepherd. Kimber was found by a Good Samaritan in Fontana, Calif.
