Spay/Neuter Surgery Costs Reduced 50 Percent Half-off Surgeries Only Available at San Jacinto Clinic
THURSDAY, Oct. 18, 2012 – Spay and neuter surgeries have been reduced 50 percent for the county's clinic at the San Jacinto Valley Animal Campus.
That means any dog surgery, regardless of weight, is just $42.50, and any cat surgery is just $20.
The limited special is only available at the San Jacinto facility and appointments must be made by using the county's easy, online appointment form available here.
Those without Internet access can visit the shelter at 581 S. Grand Ave., San Jacinto, 92582.
The shelter is located on Grand Avenue, between Cottonwood Avenue and 7th Street. This facility should not be confused with the nearby clinic at the Ramona Humane Society on 7th Street. The county clinic is located east of South Lyons Avenue and west of South State Street.
"This is part of our continuing efforts to remind residents in this part of the county that we have this new pet surgery clinic ready to offer low-cost surgeries," said Dr. Allan Drusys, Riverside County's chief veterinarian.
The specials will begin Monday, Oct. 22, and anyone who has already booked an appointment for that date, prior to this news release, will also receive the half-off discount.
Pet owners can book surgery appointments for more than one pet at the half-off special.
